The Generator of a "Place Power" IPP-5
New stage
in improvement of generators of "a force place" of some IPP-2K,
IPP-3 and IPP-4. Efficiency, power is increased and device adjustment is facilitated.

The
design consists of aluminum tubes 1 and 4 (see Fig.1). On an electrode 1 the pulsing voltage +20-25 kV is fed. On an electrode 4 the pulsing voltage -20-25 kV is fed. At a tube 1 the bottom edge, and
at a tube 4 its top edge is pointed.
The
distance the corona discharge in
air between the top edges of aluminium tubes is adjusted by vertical moving of
a dielectric tube 2. Between the bottom edges of aluminum tubes it is adjusted
by vertical moving of a dielectric tube 3. Moving of dielectric tubes 2 and 3
we achieve the most intensive the corona discharge, thus reducing to a minimum probability of
occurrence of spark breakdown of air.

The
vector potential of spiral structure (as it is described in " The
Imitator of a "Place Power" IPP-2") is created by the toroidal electric
coil 7, and cylindrical 8,9, reeled up on iron rings 10. All it fastens on
dielectric to a tube 11. The sheet of iron 6 isolated by a dielectric plate 5,
plays a role of a mirror for the toroidal coil.
Power of
the device is increased at the expense of increase in the area of electrodes
(aluminum tubes) 1,4. And efficiency of generation DSS of elements is reached by
a repeated recharge of ions of air moving on a circle 1 (see Fig.2). The part
of negatively charged ions together with DSS elements is carried away by a
stream of air 2 for device limits, sating environment.
